Additional open porch on second floor is the ideal spot for reading a novel, taking a nap, or watching the stars. A large yard with privacy fence and park style charcoal grill is perfect for picnics or relaxing after a day at the beach.
3 bedrooms, 3 Baths: Two Bedrooms with King beds. One bedroom with two twins. Queen size Sleeper Sofa in living area.
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet service, cable TV in the living area, and TVs in all bedrooms. All televisions are GChrome (Chromecast) enabled to allow content (video, music, games) from any smartphone, tablet, or laptop to be played on the television. Washer and dryer.
The exterior offers a hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

Second Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV. Double size Sleeper Sofa in living area. Bath with tub/shower.
"Family stay - We had a great stay. The layout of the house was great for us. The location was good and not far from anything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and was up to date. Only a few things that could be fixed.
- no remote for lights/ceiling fan in twin bedroom
- there was no remote for the ceiling fan on the top porch
- hole in wall at the top of the stairs where a baby gate goes. So we couldn’t use it due to that being there
- baby gates need replaced. They were a little old and difficult to use because of that."

"The house was comfortable and worked well for our family of 4. My only reason not giving this a 5 star is because of issues with the kitchen. While it appears in the photos to have been well appointed with a recent update, there was very little storage to put the food we brought with us. Lots of dishes, but no bowls, few glasses, few coffee cups. Only one dry measuring cup and it really could use a larger skillet and some cookie sheets. Two of the kitchen drawers would not open because of the thickness of the drawer pulls. We are a family that likes to cook when vacationing at the beach so my disappointment was mainly due to our ability to do so as we are accustomed to. Overall a well appointed house though."

"May 2019 Stay This is our fourth stay in this house, and it is always a pleasure. Clean, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The only thing we would change is to put the shower back under the house where it's not right into the neighbor's window. We always loved the outdoor shower, but it's not really usable for a proper shower anymore. Everything else is perfect. Thanks again!"

"September 2018 Stay This is by far the nicest house weve stayed in on Ocracoke! It was an extremely comfortable stay for six friends, half from NC, half from DC. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking large meals with all of the gadgets we desired. The ability to chromecast music was fantastic and the multiple porches were thoroughly enjoyed. I truly hope well be back!"
