"We love everything about the house, except the television programming. We do not have streaming services where we live so we don’t have accounts with Hulu, etc. We missed having access to current network programming. "

"As always, staying at Anticipation seems like coming home. The weather was beautiful, in spite of the looming Hurricane Lee and we had such a good time. This is the 16th or 17th year we have been in Anticipation at this time of the year and we love it because it's not too crowded and not too hot! Can't wait for next year!"

"Our rental was very comfortable and well-appointed for 3 couples. The grounds should have been cleaned from cigarette butts and garbage. Information should have been given regarding TS Idalia regarding clearing deck areas and preparing for the storm. "

Anticipation was a very comfortable place to stay. Everything including the location and the amenities were great. The only regret is the furniture in the living space was uncomfortable. There was a note to watch for a leak in the half bath ceiling but we never saw a leak. "

It is difficult to say that we had a great time because of the Florence evacuation, but even though we stayed such a short time, we always have a wonderfulvisit at Anticipation. The continued improvements in the property are so appreciated and since we have been coming to this house for over 10 years at this same time, we can certainly see that the changes are wonderful! This is absolutely the best house and location on the island. The house has everything you need to have a fantastic stay in one of the best places to spend your vacation."
