A futon in the living area offers flexible sleeping options. 1 full bath with shower and 1 half bath. The detached Barn offers 3 Twin beds and a half bath. The maximum occupancy is seven people, including children.
The Kith and Kin main house features a large open floor plan with French doors leading onto the spacious screened porch. The first floor of the barn is a game room with a bedroom and half bath above.
Amenities central heat and air conditioning (mini split systems), ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and TV with cable service. Washer and dryer located in the Game Room.
The exterior offers a large screened porch with dining tables and seating. Balcony-style deck, open-air cupola, park-style charcoal grill, and fish bench.

"This place is perfect for a couple with 2-5 children and a dog or two. They will be very happy there. I was alone with my dog, so I had too much room, but it was nice. Nice porch and everything you need in the kitchen except measuring cups. The only thing I didn't like about the place was the muddy driveway and tracking dirt into the house. The mud got in the groves in the soles of the shoes and cracked off in the house when it dried. I got tired of sweeping up the dirt. They should put gravel down or pave it."

"Quaint Ocracoke Cottage - The house was perfect for what we needed - functional kitchen, GREAT screened in porch, comfortable living room seating, and 0.5 miles from shops and restaurants. This is not a 5-star hotel, so please don't expect that. This house seemed like an old fishing cabin with a few add-ons, which made it charming. Very Ocracoke. :)"
