2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: Bedroom with a Queen bed. Bedroom with two Twins. Full bath with shower only.
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 1 Roku TV with apps. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, microwave, apartment-sized stove, and a coffee maker. Washer/Dryer (located in laundry shed).
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.
The exterior offers a deck with seating, a dining table, and an electric grill. Small screened porch. Outdoor hot/cold shower.
No dishwasher.
No Pets Allowed. No Smoking. Maximum parking for two cars only.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

"Peace & Plenty - Classic wooden house off Back Road. Close enough to walk to everything, far enough to be peaceful. Warm stained wood throughout. Snug but comfortable for up to 4 (one queen and two twins). Huge live oaks shade the yard and deck. Looking forward to returning."

"Relaxing - We found rustic charm here and a snippet of a simpler way of life. We came in early Spring, when the weather still made access to and from the island unpredictable, but our stay was quite relaxing. There was an issue with property at first, but the management company took our call on a weekend and the owners quickly fixed it: Steve and Marty, are lovely people."

"Great cozy location - The location is excellent! Right in the middle of everything. The unit itself is very cozy. Perfect for two couples and you could even put a couple kids on air mattress upstairs if you wanted. The owner also lives nearby and is very nice. We’d definitely stay here again."

"The house was very clean and plenty of room for our stay. Very convenient to everything. Our only suggestion is to either provide fans or install ceiling fans in bedrooms. Even with the air conditioner on (can’t drop below 68) it was very stuffy in bedrooms. We tried opening windows but not good with humidity/rain. Also very talkative rooster in the area 🐔Great stay and would come again!"
