"All good . Only concern floor shakes easily just by walking around . For me it was not an issue but other people might find it annoying . Looking at the pillars they house is sitting onto, I noticed that they are missing the cross beams that all other similar houses have, with the purpose of prevent the floor to move horizontally. Maybe is just that . You might want to ask an opinion of a professional contractor . "

"Great cottage for two. Enjoyed the screened in porch and open kitchen. Could have used an extra tv in the bedroom, but was ok without it too. I have been coming to the island for over 22years and try to rent a different place each time. I would recommend this cottage for a couple. "

"Cottage was perfect for the two of us. Beware of lots of pedestrian traffic on that side of the island, and Loop Road turns one way once Lighthouse Road ends. "
