This unique, Ocracoke Island rental home sits on nearly an acre, in a quiet setting. Piper Green features vaulted ceilings and many windows, making it open, light, and airy.
Some of our guests liken Piper Green to being in a treehouse, enjoying the unique seclusion and generous windows with lots of natural light in the living area.
3 bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 Bedrooms each with a Double Bed, 1 Bedroom with a Bunk Bed. One bathroom has shower only.
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, and cable TV, in the second floor sitting area.
The washer/dryer is located down a walkway, in the outdoor laundry and guest storage shed.
The exterior offers a deck and two screened porches, outdoor dining table and hot/cold outdoor shower.
*This home does not provide linens.
No Internet Access.
No Smoking.
Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 Dogs. Limit of 3 vehicles.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Lovely woodsy house in Ocracoke. Stairs into stilted house could use some lighting in winter months. Kitchen is small but well stocked with most of what you might need. Bathrooms are generously sized and bedrooms are compact with full size beds. Warning to those with attentive dogs: beautiful whole living room windows do not have shades.- Posted: 12/1/2024

Felt like a tree house with all of the juniper trees! Comfy rooms and close to stores and restaurants. Enjoyed the screened in porch with swing and other outdoor seating. We love the beaches of Ocracoke!- Posted: 10/20/2024

Lovely house, in fact, probably the best we have had over the past 20ish years or so on Ocracoke. A true haven (and heaven) in the midst of very rough weather and both of me and my husband having Covid while on the island. Loved the architecture and the cedar grove.- Posted: 3/30/2024
