This single story Ocracoke Island home is located on a spacious, tree filled lot. Enjoy generous size rooms throughout, making it a great choice for a vacationing family or friends. Jonathan Livingston Seagull offers a large eat-in kitchen. Enjoy a bike ride to shops and restaurants.
2 bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 with King, Twin Bed, and tiled shower. 1 with two Double Beds. Bath in Hall with tiled shower.
Amenities include a central air conditioning, electric baseboard heat, ceiling fans, and cable TV. Washer and dryer. Standalone freezer.
No Internet Access.
The exterior offers a private side deck off the kitchen and a balcony style front deck off the living area and front bedroom. Fish cleaning bench with hot/cold water and a convenient rack for fishing poles.

We absolutely loved the upgrades recently given to Jonathan Livingston Seagull! We have stayed in JLS several times as it is one that is affordable to us, but were becoming concerned about the quality of some areas of the home and were considering a different rental. When we walked in this year, we were immediately pleased and thrilled with the updating! We missed the island in the kitchen a little, but everything else was fantastic, especially the bathrooms! And the new laundry spot! So very nice! I think the bed is the same, but wanted to say it is SUCH a comfortable bed! Wonderful stay! Thank you for keeping JLS more affordable for couples (and/or small families) who want to spend more than just a couple days on your beautiful island! :)- Posted: 5/26/2023

A really cute beach house that allowed us to unplug and spend lots of time exploring the island on our bikes. We liked that it was centrally located in a sleepier neighborhood but anything we wanted to do was close by . The place was clean and we enjoyed staying there!- Posted: 5/18/2024
