Within easy walking distance to the coffee shop and more. Sunset on Trent features a reverse floor plan with three bedrooms on the lower level. Comfortable and well equipped, this house feels like home. Several decks and furnished porches offer inviting spaces to lounge, entertain friends and family or enjoy al fresco dining. The large kitchen can easily accommodate several cooks, or make lounging an art form in front of one of the large TVs.
On the second floor, the open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The living and dining areas are enhanced with cathedral ceilings that add to the comfortable and casual atmosphere. Sliding glass doors lead to an open deck and further to the screened porch. The first floor features the primary bedroom private bath with shower and private covered deck. A lower level hallway bathroom offers a tub/shower. A second deck is located at the rear entryway.

The hot water in the master bathroom shower did not work. The kitchen stove big burner had two settings, off and maximum heat. The air conditioner was set very cold and the was no way to adjust the temperature.- Posted: 7/22/2023

Loved staying at Gemini and wish we could stay again next year but we have to change our vacation week to accommodate grandchildren's school schedules. Please let the owners know we appreciate the updates that they did, bathroom updates, flooring updates and updated pest control. As they look at things to upgrade, or fix at the house, we hope they focus on the main kitchen and stove top. As soon as we can we will be back again.- Posted: 6/17/2023
