The washer and dryer are in the outdoor laundry shed.

The exterior offers decks, two picnic tables, and two park-style charcoal grills. Screened Porch. Emporia Level 2 EV Charger. Compatible with any EV. The charger comes with a SAE J1772 connector (adapter required for Tesla EVs) and 24ft cable. 40 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet also available to plug into with your mobile charger.
