The house was perfect! The best view and the place was absolutely spotless! One of the easiest realty groups I've had the pleasure working with. The only thing that probably needs work is the outdoor furniture needs some TLC or replacing. The chairs were broken and splintered in some places. We just used our beach chairs instead! We will be booking again

This is an excellent cottage. It was very comfortable with beautiful views. There are no staples, no salt, pepper, sugar, etc. We bought coffee filters and left them for the next guests. I hope they don't get tossed filters and left

Everything was great except you could only get the Television in the living room to connect to the Internet. The other two television in the bedroom wouldn't connect therefore you couldn't watch anything on them. Overall my family and I really liked the house, it cleanliness, view of the sound, and it's location.

Real nice. Should put a bar by the bathtub to help get in. Tub and sides are very slippery to hold onto. I slipped once. Nice remodel

Great views on the upper deck with nice location for UT47 ! Housekeeping were very quick to deliver much needed towels that were strangely not provided upon check in.

Great place. Looks like the renovations are almost complete! Could use some rugs and a dustpan and some final finishing touches but great views.
