Description
Havana Cabana is a 3 bedroom Ocracoke Island vacation home tucked away just outside the heart of the village, within walking and biking distance to coffee shops, several restaurants, shopping and Silver Lake Harbor. The bonus of a relaxing first floor den with sleeper sofa and TV provides the perfect getaway.
3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 with Queen. 1 with two Twin Beds and a Child Size Bunk Bed. Den with Queen Size Sleeper Sofa.
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 3 TVs. Washer and dryer.
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk.
Havana Cabana offers a screened porch, ground level deck, enclosed yard, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, and fish cleaning bench. Basketball hoop.
Pet Friendly. Limit of 2 Pets.
No Smoking. Limit of 2 vehicles.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

With 5 teenagers, the “game” room was a
nice surprise and doubled as an extra

our annual Locals summer get away!
We live in the northern outer banks and look forward to our fall trip to Ocacroke every year! The house Havana Cabana was in a great location, private road in short walking distance to the Ocacroke Coffee Co. The house had great design and layout! We LOVED the screen in porch. We greatly enjoyed our visit to Ocracoke. The house at 77 Cabana Dr was a wonderful home base. It was clean, well stocked with what we needed and located in a great spot to all our activities. Only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom the downstairs bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress could desperately be in need of replacing. Havana Cabana is beautiful and the layout spacious. Enjoyed the swing on the screened in porch every morning and night. The upstairs can get warm during the day due to skylights, we pulled all the curtains closed. The yard is a little buggy, we brought Cutter yard spray to help.- Posted: 6/18/2023

We have been coming to Ocracoke for almost 20 years. This year was the best as our daughter’s boyfriend proposed knowing that Ocracoke is our special place!- Posted: 6/11/2023

This is a nice place but we did have some plumbing issues while we stayed. The upstairs shower broke the night we arrived which resulted in us being without water in the house that night. After it was fixed the next morning the hot water didn’t work in it and the outdoor shower wasn’t functional either. However, Ocracoke Realty got things repaired very quickly so I’m quite pleased with their response. Hopefully now all that is fixed for future guests this season. Other than that just be aware the driveway is quite small.- Posted: 5/28/2023
