Welcome to Reminiscence,, a beautiful home located in the Pamlico Point subdivision. After a day at the beach, Reminiscence invites you to unwind, relax, and reflect on one of the two screened porches or the covered deck. Enjoy spectacular long range marsh views.
3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King Bed and Private Bath. An additional Bedroom with Queen Bed and one Bedroom with a Bunk Bed. A Queen Sleeper Sofa is located in the Living Area for additional sleeping accommodations however occupancy is still set at 6.
This home offers a traditional floor plan with the living, dining, kitchen and Primary Bedroom on the first floor. Nine foot ceilings, granite kitchen counter tops and stainless steel appliances enhance your stay in this comfortable home.
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 4 satellite TVs. Washer and dryer. High chair.
The exterior offers a hot/cold outdoor shower, hammock, gas grill, picnic table and fish cleaning bench. Two screened porches and a covered deck. Covered parking for two vehicles and a covered stairway to the interior.
*Sheets and Towels are provided and beds will be made for your arrival.
No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Maximum limit of 3 vehicles.
Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Pamlico Point is the newest neighborhood in Ocracoke Village. Travel mapping websites, including GMaps (which is also found on our Location Tab) does not show all current homes or those under construction. If you have any questions about Pamlico Point please do not hesitate to contact our office.
First Floor: Open living area with TV and Queen Sleeper Sofa, dining area and kitchen. Primary Bedroom with King Bed, TV and Primary Bath with shower. Hallway Half Bath. Laundry Closet with stackable washer/dryer. Front Screened Porch off the Living/Dining area. Rear Screened Porch is accessed via the hallway.
Second Floor: Bedroom with Queen Bed and TV and a Bedroom with a Bunk Bed and TV. The second floor Bedrooms share a Bathroom with tub/shower. Front covered deck off the Queen Bedroom.

There is a wasp nest under the left chair on the upper most deck. We found it the hard way, but otherwise no issues.- Posted: 10/19/2024

We really enjoyed our stay at Reminiscence. The house is lovely and comfortable, the location is peaceful and quiet, yet quite close to both the beach and the village. We appreciated having the whole house to ourselves, and loved the location!- Posted: 7/6/2024

Loved the house. Great location. Very well taken care of. Amazing view from upstairs bedroom especially. Our only “complaint” was the internet being very poor compared to other houses we have rented on the island. Yes, I get we should be shutting down on vacation. Unfortunately my wife and oldest daughter are both working on degrees at the moment and needed a somewhat stable connection for several things.- Posted: 4/6/2024
