Located on Pamlico Sound, Sundance is a new Ocracoke Island home offering an amazing Ocracoke vacation destination. Sundance offers a spacious interior featuring modern amenities. A reverse floor plan offers spectacular long distance water views from the second floor open floor plan and two first floor bedrooms. Relax on the spacious decks, covered porches and screened porch. Dock with a stepdown for easy access to the water for kayaks. Ladders on both sides of the dock. Kayaks uner the house are for owner's personal use only. You may rent kayaks at Ride the Wind Surf Shop or Kitty Hawk Kites.

4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths: Two Primary Bedrooms each with a Queen bed. Each primary bedroom has a private bath with shower only. Bedroom with Queen bed. Bedroom with two Bunk beds.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunks.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and 2 cable TVs. Complimentary wireless internet access. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers decks, two covered porches, and screened porch. Outdoor shower. Covered parking. Dock with a stepdown for easy access to the water or kayaks. Ladders on both sides of the dock.

No Smoking.

No Pets Allowed.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

No Partial Week Stays.

Property has great views, is spacious, clean and contemporary. Kitchen could use a quality frying pan and the mattresses are on the hard side, but all in all we had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Check in and check out were easy. The home was as described and clean. We enjoyed being able to get in the water off the dock.

House was beautiful, spotless, spacious! View was perfect-- could stay at house all day and look out at the water. Don't miss the sunrise. We brought our own kayaks and enjoyed the near by canals. Only downside was that we cooked most meals at home and found that there weren't enough pots and pans. Next time we will bring our own. Five stars all the way!

A comfortable, bright and welcoming house with panoramic views of Pamlico Sound. Watch the sunrise from the deck with a coffee in your hand. This week we saw dolphin twice 200 feet from our dock, two species of egrets, pelicans and more. Lovely, well appointed and quiet.

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time staying in Sundance this past week. The views are fabulous, the house is comfortable, and the kids loved being able to swim right off the dock. We will definitely try to stay here again!
