The Penthouse offers two bedrooms. A master suite with a queen bed and a guestroom with two double beds. An office includes a double size sleeper sofa. 2 full baths and a laundry room. The expansive living and dining areas complement the well-appointed gourmet kitchen that includes a full sized refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and basket-style 12 cup coffeemaker. Regular and decaf filter packs provided. Additional amenities include central AC/heat, complimentary wireless internet access, stereo, 3 TVs (1 with both satellite and cable and 2 with cable service), premium channels, 3 DVD's and CD player. Washer/dryer. All linens provided. Housekeeping service available upon request.

Boat dockage available. Please note in your reservation if you will require boat dockage. Enjoy the boardwalk lounges, grilling and picnic area. Outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.

Maximum 6 people. No Pets. No Smoking Permitted in the Units or on the Decks. Designated parking, limit of 2 parking spaces. Dock available with prior notice. Please note in your reservation if you will require boat dockage.
