Stroll down the street for lunch, or to visit the OPS Museum, then catch an amazing Ocracoke Sunset from the base dock parking lot. Visit the nearby Working Watermen's Museum, enjoy hand scooped ice cream, or do some shopping -all this and more is within an easy walk of your condo. Watch the ferries dock, and the fishermen bring in their daily catch from the comfortable screened in porch.
Down Creek Condo D102 is the second unit off Silver Lake Harbor. Enjoy harbor views, beautiful sunsets, and outdoor dining from the furnished screened porch. Lots of windows let in light and views from the living and dining areas.
This Ocracoke Island condo has two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area. One full bath with soaking tub, separate shower, and double sinks. A half bath is located on the second level.
Features include three cable TVs, complimentary wireless internet access, central heat/AC, and ceiling fans. The kitchen features a gas stove, Keurig and Regular drip coffee pot. Washer/dryer. Boat dock available.
Sheets and towels provided. Beds are made for your arrival.
The exterior offers a screened porch with a couch for napping and a dining table. Two Adirondack chairs outside the front door on the open deck. Shared outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower and fish cleaning station.
No Pets. No Smoking. Parking Available for One Vehicle only.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Pros - great location, well maintained and decorated. Cons - for higher end place, could do a little better equipping the kitchen. And, TVs are very old. In summary, while not defined as bad, not as good as other places we stay.- Posted: 11/7/2023

We have rented several different places through OR this one was amazing just like the others. The only thing and it is ever so tiny. The condo needs a larger pot to make meals. I couldn’t find one on the island to buy either. Other than that the views were amazing everything was very clean- Posted: 9/23/2023

The condo and location were great and we had an awesome week! The only thing I would recommend would be that they get rid of the area rugs in the house....they were pretty stained, and I think it would look nicer and cleaner with just the tile floor.- Posted: 8/19/2023

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Our accommodations were excellent and worked perfectly for our family. The views from our condo were amazing and we had superb sunset views each evening. Outstanding Ocracoke Views
Booked this because it promised views and there’s nothing better than having a place where you don’t have to walk to enjoy the beauty of where you’re staying.
