The exterior offers decks, a picnic table, a park-style charcoal grill, horseshoe pit, cornhole, tiki bar, fenced rear yard and outdoor shower for Clusion II guests. Shared fish cleaning station. Emporia Level 2 EV Charger. Compatible with any EV. The charger comes with a SAE J1772 connector (adapter required for Tesla EVs) and 24ft cable. 40 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet also available to plug into with your mobile charger.
Pets Allowed. Limit of 2 Pets.
No Smoking Allowed. Parking for 2 vehicles plus a golf cart.
