The exterior offers a deck, covered deck, picnic table, deck swing, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench with sink. Paved driveway and covered parking.

"We loved the layout of the house and kitchen was well stocked with glassware and utensils. Overall, we really enjoyed the house. My only complaint (and this is for most houses we stay at on Ocracoke) is that if the guest are expected to leave the house in the same condition when we arrived, I would expect we would have the proper tools to do so. A vacuum cleaner that is broken on both ends of the tube is extremely difficult to use and took us about 2 hours to manually sweep the floors. Please make sure the vacuums are in working order so we can properly clean the house to your desired expectations."

"August 2016 Stay - Best and nicest house we have stayed in yet in Ocracoke after coming for 7 years. We had a great week and loved the house. Great for 2 couples and 2-3 children. Awesome kitchen with everything you need. Beds a little hard but having 2 king beds was awesome. Loved the decor. Having it paved under the house with a outdoor shower was great. We hung out there at night. My husband and the kids never showered inside. Thank you for a great beach vacation! "

"August 2018 Stay This kitchen is the best-equipped kitchen weve ever had in a rental! Lots of space to prep and cook, all the while not tipping over beverages. . Thanks for having a grill for renters too!The sunsets are phenomenal on the upstairs deck and the morning sun allowed for gentle wake-ups. Puzzles were on the coffee table the entire time, while the farm table served nicely for meals and card games. Were all ready to go back!"
