"SS2 is a comfortable house and this was our 2nd year there. On the downside, a broken lock on the entrance door and poor holiday response from the "emergency" crew resulted in either having to jiggle the key in the lock until it released or come and go through one of the windows. It took 2 calls to the after-hours emergency number just to get an acknowledgement. After that, the technician who came just laughed, shook his head and said the lock was "broken". He left another key that worked better but still required multiple attempts or use of the window. The problem was not resolved during our rental."
