Pirates Quay 1 North is a beautiful newly renovated and updated condo features pleasant décor in a comfortable waterfront location overlooking Silver Lake Harbor.

Located on Silver Lake Harbor, Pirate's Quay (pronounced 'key') is a six unit condominium with incredible views of Silver Lake Harbor. Centrally located, you will be a short walk or bike ride to many village shops and restaurants.

Pirate's Quay is the perfect harbor front getaway for a family vacation or couples getaway. Relax on the covered deck and enjoy the sea breezes while you watch kayakers, boaters and occasional ferries arrive and depart Ocracoke Island. Pirate's Quay offers a front row seat to nightly displays of color as the sun sets slowly over Pamlico Sound. Pirate's Quay is a true vacation away.

Enjoy a spacious, open floor plan, convenient single level living and generous windows overlooking Silver Lake Harbor.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: This Two Bedroom condo has a Queen size bed in each bedroom. 2 Full Baths, 1 with walk-in shower with glass doors and one with shower stall.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, complimentary wireless internet access, and 2 cable TVs.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. Shared laundry.

This condo has a deck that overlooks Silver Lake Harbor and offers harbor and sunset views.

Complimentary docking is available with each unit. One boat per unit. A total of six complimentary boat slips are available, two of which are deep water. Fish cleaning bench with water. No electricity available on the dock.

Enjoy sunsets from the spacious gazebo at the end of the dock even if you aren't bringing a boat it is still a great place to relax and watch the world go by.

Shared amenities include *covered and outdoor parking and a shared park style charcoal grill and outdoor shower.

NO SMOKING/VAPING IN THE PIRATES QUAY INCLUDING THE BALCONIES. No Pets. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Single story condo: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV. Bedroom with Queen bed, TV. Second Bedroom with Queen bed and Full Bath with walk-in shower plus an attached Full Bath with shower stall which is also accessed via the living area.

*Parking*

Pirate’s Quay offers four covered parking spaces which are available on a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking is available across the street. To allow parking for all of our guests we suggest one vehicle per condo unit. Boat trailers should be parked off-site. Trailer parking is available via a free permit at the National Park Service lot.

"Lovely place and view. Utensils and coffe cups need replacing. Otherwise perfect!"

"While the view was incredible, including the view of the night sky from the included docks, there were a few things that would've made the rest of our stay better. For one, one of the chairs on the balcony broke while sitting in it, simply from being old and rotted. The door to the balcony was difficult to open and close, and was also very squeaky when opening all the way. Move in was a bit chaotic with everyone trying to figure out where to park and where to stow the golf carts for the week, but once settled, that was no longer an issue. Location was solid, being close to everything, but wasn't quite as quiet as other places we've stayed. Neighbors stomping around upstairs, road traffic all day, and the pond that formed in front of the condo after the rain were all minor annoyances that we can happily live with, but we're there a solution, would've made the stay that much better. Overall not a bad stay! We'll be looking for another place to stay next year, and just thought we should share a little feedback. Thanks for providing so many great places to stay on the island!"

"We always enjoy our visits to Ocracoke and this time was no different. We are economic travelers and know that often you get what pay for and so don’t spend a lot of time obsessing about accommodations. We have rarely been disappointed with our rental. We were overall quite pleased with our Pirates Quay rental. The view, location, and boat slip were great. There we noticed and hope sharing them is helpful. The base on one of the lights hanging over the bar is loose and the porch door handle and jam need some attention. The pillows probably need to be replaced. Cleaners may want to check underneath furniture when vacuuming. The laminated instruction card on the counter referred to clean towels being delivered on Wednesday when the cleaners came. We didn’t need nor had we expected cleaners to come, and as it turns out they didn’t, but I would have washed towels on our designated laundry day if I hadn’t seen that note (so maybe remove it if this isn’t standard practice). We’ve always been very impressed with Ocracoke Realty. From locating and reserving homes on the website to the helpful and informative emails and text messages, the communication is friendly and top notch. Can’t wait to come back."
