Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 2 cable TVs. Washer and dryer.
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.
The exterior offers two decks, hot/cold outdoor shower and swing. Shared shallow water pier with ladder (not for boat dockage). Covered parking.
No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.
Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
Property Layout:
First Floor: Open kitchen, dining, and living area with TV. Bedroom with two Twin beds. Bath with shower only. Laundry Closet with stackable washer/dryer.
Second Floor: Primary Bedroom with Queen bed, TV, and Primary Bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Primary Bedroom with a Queen and a Twin Bed, bath with shower.
"We had a wonderful stay at Southwind II. We picked it for its spectacular Soundfront setting, and it did not disappoint. We loved watching the sunsets from the deck. The condo was in good shape and very clean. Everything was in fine working order, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The only negative thing were the mattresses on the beds. They were way too soft and my back complained."

"July 2019 Stay Weve been coming here for at least 20 years. Usually stay for two weeks. Its a lovely location along the sound. Great if you have a little kids are like to play in the water. We bring our WaveRunner and can anchor it in the shallow water."
