"We have been coming to Ocracoke for 14 years. We always have a wonderful stay! We did have a roof leak in the house we were staying in and we were immediately offered help to clean up the water. I can’t recall ever having a bad experience here. We love the island!"

"Visited May 2021 Incredible Sound Views! What a magical place! The views of the sound are breathtaking and from the main balcony it looks like you're in a tree house! It's clear the owners pay attention to the smallest detail and it's fun to discover a nautical statue or picture I've never seen.The place is an open concept and has PLENTY of room for a big family to gather for meals, movies, and games. And it also has quiet nooks and crannies where you can get lost in the view or a good book. Such a peaceful place - away from the tourists, but close enough to walk or bike to all of the shops and restaurants. My family has stayed here twice and we will continue to make this our home away from home on Ocracoke."

"July 2019 Stay We had not been to Ocracoke in about 10 years. We were delighted the whole family could join us during those 2 weeks Sea Aire was perfect for this group. A well stocked kitchen was a real plus as we all love to cook. The floor plan and bedrooms were a good fit and allowed everyone to spread out and enjoy porches and decks. The view of the Marsh was spectacular and star gazing incredible. We shopped at the Ocracoke Seafood company almost everyday and we were never disappointed. We rented kayaks from Ride the Wind and had a great time paddling around the marsh. We enjoyed many shops and restaurants especially Howard's Pub and Eduardo's and the Back Porch. The 1718 Brewery was a wonderful surprise. Ocracoke Island Realty made it so easy to check in and check out and delivered our beach equipment to the house. We did have difficulty with our AC going out twice but the technicians arrived quickly and remedied the situation. We had a marvelous, relaxing 2 weeks and hope to return in a year or two.."

"June 2019 Stay We had an incredible time! The Seaire was perfect for us and our extended family. We loved the layout and all of the decks, balconies and porches. The view was absolutely incredible. We could see the sunrise every morning from the living room balcony (see photo). The only reason we didn't reserve for next year is because we may have more people with us next time after telling everyone what a wonderful time we had!"
