Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, and 1 cable TV. Complimentary internet access. Washer and dryer.
The exterior offers a furnished screened porch including a deck swing. Hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning bench and park style charcoal grill.

No dishwasher.
No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit 2 cars.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Single story home: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV. Two Bedrooms with Queen beds. Hallway Bath with tub/shower. Stackable washer/dryer in the Queen bedroom.
"You are over run with ants and the baits at the Variety store are worthless. The only thing that works is Terro liquid baits with borax. You might want to look at getting some."
