"The place was great. Just a few comments: 1) With large parties of 12 adults, only 3 trashcans outside was not enough especially if you cook most of your meals at the house. 2) the hose outside was very convenient and got a lot of use. It is getting very worn and cracked. 3) we couldn't get the vacuum cleaner to work but we mainly used the broom due to all of the sand on people's feet. 4) the lights did not work in the upstairs main bathroom. Could not find the circuit breaker box to see if it was just a tripped breaker."

"The house was good. Some opportunities were the mattresses were hard as a rock. The lighting had issues throughout and there were a couple of switches that were very hot. The kitchen had 1 frying pan."
