3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths: 2 Primary Suites each with Queen, 1 with Queen and Double, den area with Queen Size Sleeper Sofa. Whirlpool tub.
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless Internet access, cable TV service, and 4 TVs. Washer and dryer.
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.
Exterior includes a hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and picnic table.
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

"Sea View is a wonderful vacation home. We especially like the location. Sitting on the upper porch was our favorite activity, whether in the morning watching the birds or in the evening admiring the colors of the sky.
OIR responded quickly to a minor problem we had with the outdoor shower. The maintenance man was very pleasant and knowledgeable."

"The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Email communication was good. The house itself (Sea view) was clean and mostly as advertised. Beautiful views, and great layout. 2 items to note... Outdoor shower does not function properly (just a trickle of water) and needs to be addressed, as it is an important feature. And screened in porch has areas of screen that are separated and let in quite a few mosquitos. Thanks! "
