Located on Lighthouse Road, guests will enjoy a short stroll to the Ocracoke Lighthouse, a walk or bike ride to Springer's Point Nature Preserve, and Silver Lake Harbor. Sunsational offers a 12 x 24 saltwater pool! A bonus is a game room with an air hockey table and an indoor basketball hoop.
4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths: 3 with King, 1 with two Pyramid Beds (Queen on both top and bottom).
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat. Complimentary wireless Internet access. Six flat-screen satellite TVs. Soaking tub. Washer/dryer. Kitchen amenities include a second full-size refrigerator and a Keurig and standard coffee maker.
Sheets and towels provided. Beds made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunks.
The exterior offers an unheated saltwater pool, large covered deck, screened porch, picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, fish cleaning bench, and covered parking.

"We have 4 birthdays this week, not the week we got this year. Next year we need July 20th 2025. If the tenants renew for next year please ask if they will trade. We only had a few hours with one grandson the night before we left, none of the birthdays or the bonfire. "

"The house is amazing! Our only complaint was the wifi. We had one guest trying to work and we couldn’t get a constant signal. Had to reset repeatedly. Everything else was great. Very dog friendly, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels! It is a great house for multiple couples to have their own space!"

Bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Only cons, there were popped nails on the steps, which were dangerous and the TV wires were detrimental to the children’s safety. "

"The location is great and the pool was nice, though unheated. We had a few warm days to be able to use it. It would have been nice to have a little vacuum available to help keep up with our dogs hair throughout the week. There was a broom but that just flicks hair around. "

"Visited July 2022 Sunsational 7/25/22-7/31/22 House was wonderful overall, with plenty of rooms to read in. The pool is amazing, particularly with grandkids who have had enough beach for the day. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Washer/dryer worked well. The showers, with all the options, were very cool! A few issues that I wish we were made aware of ahead of time. The paddles for the air hockey were in pieces, unusable. The indoor basketball system had the plug torn off , so it didn’t work. These two things were big on the list for our three grandsons. Nails on the stairs going up to the second floor kept popping up. We called and they sent over a person to pound them all back down, but an hour later they were sticking back up. My wife stepped on one and hurt her foot. They need to be screwed down. If we rent this again, we would expect everything advertised to be in working order."

"August 2018 Stay This house was great, especially for kids. The beds were comfortable, temperature easy to control. The only suggestions I have are a small vacuum like Bissel or Dyson would help with sand. A few throws for the couches, and better internet service if possible. Otherwise anyone staying in the house will love the the location and the general condition of the home."
