3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths: 1 with Queen, 1 with Double, 1 with two Twins.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 4 cable TVs. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a screened porch, wrap around deck, picnic table, charcoal grill, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

No Smoking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 Dogs. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Northern pond great pet friendly site

We had a great stay and the few issues we had were addressed quickly. Thank you for a great week of good food, beaches, awesome weather & ice cream for my grandson. Grandson didn't want to leave and asked me next year to rent a house on the sound with a dock so he can fish all day everyday.

We didn’t like the house : not worth the price at all. We had cockroach in the kitchen, it was not clean as we use to get with OIR, lot a negative points, long story short : it’s an old house who need a lot of love.

We had one of the best family vacations we've ever had! Northern Pond was the perfect size for our family of 3 plus our pet. I especially enjoyed the quiet location of Northern Pond. And yet we were able to get to restaurants and shops by bike, easily.
